Intact Insurance is going paperless


Intact Insurance is going paperless and will stop mailing policy documents (Renewal, Policy Change and Cancellation notices) on May 31st, 2020.

If you have an Auto or Property policy with Intact Insurance through our office we want to make sure you have all the information you need to access your policy documents online.

After May 31st, you will need an account on our Client Portal in order to access your Intact Insurance policy documents.

  • If you do not have an account on our Client Portal, we will be setting up an account for you using the email address we have for you on file. You will receive an account invitation email that provides a confirmation link.  Click on the link to choose a password and finish setting up your account.  Your account registration will turn on email notices to notify you of all your future policy changes and renewals.
  • If you already have an account on our Client Portal you will receive email notices for policy renewals and changes.
  • If you already have an account on our Client Portal, but have not validated your email address or set up a password, you will still receive email notices for policy renewals and changes. Each email notice provides a confirmation link so you can finish setting up your account.


The next time you recieve an email from our Client Portal about a policy change or renewal, simply log in at https://cral.policyshelf.com and choose “Policy Documents” from the menu choices to access your policy documents. You can access the Client Portal at any time through our website at https://caldwellroach.com and click on the “View Your Policy” menu item or button.
