Opening New Doors at the Pictou Office

Vicki Fultz is a new addition to the Caldwell Roach Insurance family. She joined the company in July, after working in the insurance industry for more than 9 years. Most recently she worked the past 4 years with Co-operators Insurance and joined Kings Mutual Insurance in Pictou in February. Vicki, an insurance broker, now works out of our new Caldwell Roach office in Pictou on Faulkland Street with several other brokers including Tara Sullivan and Sean MacDonald.

"Change is good, it opens new doors," explained Vicki about the new office in Pictou. "We can offer a more complete range of services to our clients in the area." Through Caldwell Roach, clients now have access to home, auto, business and travel insurance from our insurers. The office is conveniently located in Pictou and open from 8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday, so our clients can feel free to drop in anytime.

Vicki is originally from the Pictou area and now lives with her husband Richard in Westville, Nova Scotia. It's easy for her to make a connection with people. "I know so many people coming through our doors, many of our clients are people I know or my family knows."

With the recent changes at the Pictou office, Vicki is keen to make sure that the high level of service our clients are used to continues. "People like to deal with a certain person, that's why relationships are important," she states. "I certainly want to help them out. I love being able to help clients get what they need and want."

Vicki also understands the benefits of having a work/life balance. "It's a very busy office here, and I make sure I take advantage of my time off," she said. She spends her free time with her husband at his family's camp at Garden of Eden Lake near Sherbrooke, Nova Scotia. They boat on the lake, her husband and family waterski, and Vicki loves the tube. They go there every weekend they can!

Back at the office, Vicki understands that many clients don't understand what's covered under their policies. "It's my job to make sure they are educated and that they understand exactly what their policy covers. It's worth the time to do a review." She makes sure she takes the time with each client to go over exactly what the policy is for and what is covered should they need to make a claim.
